These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and PidZoom Technologies Co., Limited ("OmniScriber," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing, downloading, or using the OmniScriber Chrome extension, website, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment
- •Subscription Plans: Certain features are available on a paid subscription basis. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay its fees.
- •Automatic Renewal & Disclosure: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
- •Price Changes: We may modify subscription prices with reasonable advance notice.
- •Cancellation: You may cancel anytime in account settings or by emailing [email protected].
- •Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund for all new subscribers (first-time purchases only).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
